Grilled Fish
Posted on February 16, 2009
Ingredients:

Brined Fish Fillets
Garlic Salt
Oil/butter
1 lemon/lime

Set your grill to medium low heat. Use wood chips for a smoky flavor. You will need a grill basket to contain your fish so that you can flip them and keep them together. Brush your brined fish fillets with butter or oil and squeeze your lemon/lime over the top of each side. Then sprinkle to taste with the garlic salt. You may use blackening seasoning instead of the garlic salt if you want it to be spicier. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until fish is flakey. If your using wood chips, then cook on low heat for an extended period of time to add more smoky flovor.
